Earlier this year we launched the Fy! artist portal, this means you can now log into your account and upload your own prints with us without having to notify the Fy! team. 

How to access

• Click here and login using the email you are using now. 
• You can reset your password by clicking "already have an account" and select "Forgot your password?
• Please use the email address you signed up to Fy! with, this will be the email we initially onboarded you with or an updated email if you have informed us of a new email.

New features

• You can publish and un-publish any products from your shop page
• You can rename your prints 
• You'll have access to your logo and bio if you wish to change this

Please note

• The artist portal only accepts art print products right now, if you wish to upload lifestyle products or lifestyle images please continue to add these into your box folder and then notify the Fy! team.
• We ask that you keep to the same aspect ratio but you now have the option to upload a smaller file size if you wish, we would recommend no smaller than 3600 x 4800 and if you already save your files at 7200 x 9600 for Fy! then please continue to do so. 

What's next?

• We're still receiving lots of great feedback on the features you’d like to see in the portal and we’re working hard to get these released so keep an eye out for updates.
• We’ve created a new help centre here which will stay up to date with everything you need to know about sales, marketing and your new artist portal.
