We're very pleased to let you know that to help you increase your sales, earn more and reward your existing fans we've launched our Artist Referral Programme. There is no need to sign up, simply share your link with your followers.

Benefits of the programme

• Shoppers who use the code or link will be taken straight to your shop and get 20% off their first 7 days shopping on Fy!
• You'll also earn an extra 10% commission on any purchase they make in their first 30 days

Add the link onto your social channels and the discount will automatically be activated for customers when they click through to the platform.

What if customers are using the Fy app?

Don't worry we've got you covered on the App too. We've also sent you a unique customers can use when shopping on the Fy! app. Let them know they should add it to the invite code section on the app, new users will see this when they sign up and current users will find it in the settings tab.

How to find my link or App code

We have sent an email directly to you with your personalised link. this should be added to your social channels so your fans can easily find it. Can’t find your email? Contact artist-help@iamfy.co and we’ll send you a reminder.

How do we track your earnings?

Your referral earnings will be calculated as normal and added onto your monthly invoice so there’s no extra work for you. 

Which products does the customer discount cover?

The discount will be site wide, so customers clicking through the link will access this discount on any products. 

What happens if Fy! is also running a discount sale?

If Fy! is running a discount sale at the same time, customers will not get both discounts included on their orders. If you followers use your code during a sale period only one of the discounts will apply but shoppers will always get the lowest possible price and you'll still get the commission.
