Wanting to ship orders domestically within the US, you can either use Fy’s UPS shipping account or your own shipping account(s), depending on your fulfilment & warehouse setup, already existing shipping accounts and product assortment.
If you’re unsure which shipping account to use and/or interested in switching and using Fy’s UPS shipping account, speak to your Buying or Account Manager.
Using Fy’s UPS Account
Fy’s UPS account number is 0XR175 and the US billing zip code is 10549.
When using CampusShip, Worldship, or any other order management software for fulfilling Fy orders and generating shipment labels, plug Fy’s UPS account number and billing zip code directly into the system for billing purposes. In case you use your own UPS account login for creating shipment labels for Fy! orders, select ‘Bill a Third Party Account’ and enter Fy’s account number.
When generating shipment labels, always make sure to include your company details (1st Reference Field) and Fy’s Shipment Reference (2nd Reference Field) so we can rectify invoices, if needed.
UPS bills shipments based on chargeable weight, being the gross or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. For shipments below 9 lbs (chargeable weight = gross or dimensional weight, whichever is higher), please select the shipping service SurePost, if and where possible. Otherwise please ensure to use UPS Ground Services only. If not agreed and confirmed with Fy, do not use any other shipping services, otherwise the difference may be invoiced to you.
In order to ensure UPS can handle your shipments, please ensure your within the maximum shipping dimensions:
below 150 lbs
below 108 inches in length
below 165 inches in length and girth combined.
For packages above the stated maximum dimensions, contact Fy to work out an alternative.
Please ensure to state accurate shipping dimensions to allow correct weight & dimensions calculations, otherwise UPS might adjust weight, dimensions and pricing. Differences may be invoiced to you. For proper measurement, packaging and labelling guidelines and instructions, please visit UPS.com.
Do not use Fy’s UPS account for international shipping. If international orders come in, contact Fy.
Using your own shipping account
If you are using your own shipping account and method, we will add your shipping fees to the system set at a flat rate per sku, so that these will be paid along with your wholesale price on the monthly invoice.
If you are invoicing us for shipping rates on your own shipping account(s), please send a consolidated invoice once a month for all shipping costs to finance@iamfy.co.
