UK Returns Resale

If Fy! accept returns on your behalf we will resell the returned products on our outlet, full information can be seen below:

We offer our customers located in the United Kingdom a flexible 30 days return policy from the date of delivery, aligned with UK regulations on returns

This is subject to the exclusions outlined below:

  • Items such as earrings, and other goods, must be unworn and in the original unopened packaging for sanitary reasons. 
  • Made to order items such as personalised prints or woven throws cannot be returned. Any items which are non-returnable are listed as such on the product page.

 

Our return solution in place ensures that orders, which are packed in shipment packages weighing below 10 kgs and shipment dimensions within 60cm x 50cm x 50cm, can be returned by customers to any Collect+ store in the UK. 


Once returned to our partner’s warehouse located in the UK, returns are checked for signs of use,  damages, etc., and graded accordingly. 


As a company aiming to be environmentally friendly, returned items in original packaging, working order and categorised as good as new are stored for future reuse. 

Once every 2-3 months, Fy! uploads such returns into the company’s outlet section, and offers them to customers located in the UK at a discounted price. 


The resale of returns at discounted prices is NOT aiming at protifing Fy! in any way, but at covering return shipping & processing costs. Our aim is to be mindful of the environment and have customers reuse products which are as good as new, instead of throwing them away.
