Receiving your first order

We hope that once your products are live, it won't be long until you receive your first order!

We have a detailed guide on how to process orders below, however we do recommend calling our Operations team on +493 0616 52896 so they can talk you through the steps the first time.

Hopefully this will be the first of many sales!

New Orders

Once you receive your first order you will receive an email notification of any orders that have been placed, from here on in you will receive daily email notifications of all orders and reminders of any actions that need to be taken.

Managing orders using your Dash 

To deal with your orders you just need to login to your Dash using dash.iamfy.co, you can also access this page by clicking through from your order emails. Once logged in (link) - click the "Orders" tab on the left hand side of the browser, you will then see the "New Orders" heading like the below:



For every order you need to print a Packing Slip, this acts as the customer receipt and should be printed and packaged along with the item(s).

If you have multiple outstanding orders the quickest way to download and print all packing slips is to click the "..." button located at the top of the nav-bar, then click "create shipments" - don't forget to include these in the customer's parcels.


Pending Orders
If you need to view orders that you have prepped but have not yet been shipped, you can view and download these on the Pending Items tab as a csv file. 


Shipped Orders

Once the item has been handed over to the courier, it's important you mark the item as "shipped" using the button, you can then enter the courier tracking number in the fields provided on the dashboard. If this is not completed you will start receiving reminders for any orders over 1 day.

Please ensure you enter tracking for your shipments, it's extremely important for the customer experience and it also allows our team to keep an eye over the delivery giving the customer updates without having to bother you.

If you've forgotten to add the tracking - don't panic, you can submit a csv to us via email - tracking@iamfy.co

If you've received an order for an item and realised it's out of stock it's important to let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and update the customer. To do this please email designer-help@iamfy.co
