• How do I login to Tipalti?
  You can access tipalti using the following url: https://suppliers.tipalti.com/fy/account/login

• How do I change my payment method, account details or billing address?
  You can do this on Tipalti, please login select Payment Details, you can then edit your billing address, payment details and payment method, for more information on payment methods please see here.

• How do I change my payment method, account details or billing address?
  If you need to reset your password, account email address or verification phone number, please email designer-help@iamfy.co (dropship) or artist-help@iamfy.co (POD artists)

• Can I add additional team members to Tipalti?
  Unfortunately not, you are only able to have one finance contact and login for Tipalti. If the team member is changing please update the Payment details directly on Tipalti.

• I haven't received a notification to set up my Tipalti account?
  First check your Spam inbox to see if the message has gone there, if you still can't see it then please email am_team@iamfy.co and they will be able to send you a new invitation.

• How do I download proof of remittance? 
  To download proof of remittance, login to your Tipalti account and it will be under Payment History.

• My payment does not match my invoice?
  You may see a lower amount in your payment as a result of transaction fees, for more information please see here, you can also see what fees are applied to your payment under "Payment Method" in Tipalti 

• Why have I not received my payment? 
  Payment can take 1-3 working days to appear in your account after the payment date. Please note there is also a cap on the minimum transfer amount to avoid feeds. For all payment methods, we have a cap of 50 USD so if monthly sales are under this amount, it will roll over to the next payment round until it has accumulated to over 50USD - this will show on your TIpalti account as a deferred payment. 

• When will I get paid? 
  Payments for our marketplace suppliers are issued on the 30th of each month and for our PoD artists the 16th of each month.
