Updating Stock Levels in Bulk

The easiest way to update your stock levels across your products on Fy is using your supplier portal Dash.  On Dash you can now bulk upload your stock by CSV, just login and click Upload stock levels on the left hand side tab. 

Once on the Upload Stock Levels page you are able to Upload a CSV of your stock holdings. The only columns needed for the system to update is SKU and Available stock, if you have additional columns don't worry these won't effect the upload. The key is to ensure you rename the relevant columns for SKU and Available Stock on your CSV. You can view a template here.

Important! - The SKU should be your internal code for the SKU variant and not your Fy! given SKU.

If the upload is a success you will see a green bar with a success message, and if there is a problem you will see an orange error message with details of why the upload failed.

Uploading stock levels on individual items

On some occasions you may need to quickly update the stock of an individual item, for example if you receive an order for an item you realise is out of stock. 
In this instance please click on the Products tab on the left-hand side of the navigation bar as pictured below

Your full product list will appear as shown below:

You can now adjust the stock number within each product by clicking on each row, which will take you to the following screen:

If the product has size variants (such as rugs, duvet sets, cushions, etc.) you will have to adjust the stock number at variant level, for which you will have to click on each row. If the item is a unique size, this area will appear empty.

You can then add the available quantities for each size:
